ORDER FULFILLMENT AND LOGISTICS

PSV stock thousands of products available for same day dispatch. We have logistics and delivery solutions for every customer requirement. Our customers benefit from our 'one stop shop' approach meaning fewer, combined deliveries, less packaging waste, less courier charges and less administration work associated with using multiple suppliers for the same range.

PSV Delivery

Our team of van delivery drivers deliver daily to London and surrounding areas.

Overnight Courier

We work with overnight courier providers to find the right solution for small consumable orders to oversize ramp and panels deliveries. We offer a number of timed delivery services.

Collection from Hoddesdon

Our trade counter is open daily and provides our customers with a pick up and drop off point. We offer a 'while you wait' repair service for the majority of our PSV Exchange range.

Collection from Northern Ireland

We have a constant flow of parts between our Hoddesdon and Ballymena depots. We are able to send any parts to Ballymena via our scheduled consignments for collection at no courier cost.

Export

We work with our export customers and a number of freight providers to send large consignments via sea and air freight.

In-Field Product Support

Our dedicated Van Sales representatives stock a wide range of spare parts and can help with part identification and technical support. Our sister companies J.Lewis Auto Electrical and Fogmaker United Kingdom and Ireland provide technical support across the UK and Ireland. Work carried out includes everything from individual call outs to large scale fleet service campaigns.
